Have you noticed the programming lately? Did you see how, well, constant it is? How consistently relentless and challenging it is? That’s because The Open is right around the corner!

The intensity of the training in the gym is preparing us for The Open. Each week for five weeks we are presented with a WOD that every CrossFitter across the globe will complete. We don’t know which movements will be included, but we know it will be HARD!

The programming since the New Year has been created with The Open in mind. The challenging nature of it will continue for another two weeks. The third week of February we will de-load. That means we will recover from the consistent and punishing work of late. We will move. We will mobilize. We will get ready for The Open.
