Our Classes

Get ready to Savor the Results from our exhilarating classes! We’ve got programs galore, so you’re sure to find something for yourself, your kids, your grandparents - and more! Try one or try them all. No class is too tough because we scale every workout to fit your individual needs.

  • CrossFit Level 1

    Led by our fabulous coaches, group classes move through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day. Completion of an On Ramp Series, Private On Ramp Series, or Test Out is a prerequisite for joining our group classes. We track our workouts in SugarWOD so the results are objective and on the page, instead of subjective and in our heads. Each component of the class is scalable so athletes of various abilities can work out side by side. There is great camaraderie and encouragement in our classes, so get ready for fun.

  • On Ramp – Private

    On Ramp Privates are the best way to learn the fundamental CrossFit movements. These private sessions are set up around your availability. They include all the steps you need to be safe in our busy CrossFit Level 1 Classes including how to breath and stabilize under a bar. We teach everything with PVC, and as your understanding and mobility improve we slowly add load.  If you are generally healthy and injury free then typically four On Ramp sessions will suffice. During these sessions you will work with one of our trainers who will introduce you incrementally to the CrossFit movements and the requisite mobility needed for your success. Learning the fundamentals is key to your foundation, and On Ramp Privates help get you there.

  • Boot Camp/TRX Training

    In our 45 minute Boot Camp & TRX classes you’ll use your body weight, gravity and TRX Training equipment to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank your way to a better you. Expect to move, sweat, shuffle, and above all, have a kick ass workout experience. Some classes challenge you with a single piece of training equipment, some use a broad mix of training tools, but they all deliver incredible results.

    Every class delivers a total-body workout with a warm up and a cool down. Expect to be challenged and guess what, you can modify the exercises in all of our classes to get the perfect workout for your fitness level.

  • Personal Training

    Personal training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, enabling you to move forward as quickly as possible.

    Personal Training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. You will find the greatest success starting CrossFit with private coaching if:

    • You want to lose weight and improve your body composition
    • You want extra accountability
    • You have generally been sedentary
    • You are new to exercise
    • You have specific performance-oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, etc.)
    • You are pregnant or have just had a child.

    Your coach will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace. Once you have finished the sessions, you have a week to join in our regularly scheduled classes for free before starting a membership or purchasing a class punch card. Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are quite de-conditioned, additional private sessions may be required before moving into our fast-paced group classes.

    Pricing:

    • 30 minute session - $60
    • 45 minute session - $85 (10% discount with purchase of 10 sessions)
    • 60 minute session - $105 (10% discount with purchase of 10 sessions)
  • CrossFit Kids

    CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled-down version of CrossFit. It is entirely, absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for the specific developmental needs of kids. Since Late 2004, CrossFit Kids has been “Forging the Future of Fitness” and is currently in over 400 gyms in North America, Australia, Europe, Africa, India, Japan and Panama. CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.

    In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. We briefly address nutrition, so kids start to identify foods that make them feel good and perform well. Finally, our kids develop self-confidence and a sense of integrity from the individual effort and the group interaction. Classes are 45 minutes long. CrossFit Kids class is for children approximately 7-13 years old.

    CrossFit Kids is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3.30PM. Our after-school youth classes are run in four week sessions. Sign your child up in advance and maintain a regular exercise program for your child. The upcoming schedule is HERE
