Led by our fabulous coaches, group classes move through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day. Completion of an On Ramp Series, Private On Ramp Series, or Test Out is a prerequisite for joining our group classes. We track our workouts in SugarWOD so the results are objective and on the page, instead of subjective and in our heads. Each component of the class is scalable so athletes of various abilities can work out side by side. There is great camaraderie and encouragement in our classes, so get ready for fun.
