what's upCrossFit Lift Off

The 2015 CrossFit Lift Off is an online 3-event competition consisting of different weight classes, allowing athletes to compare their lifts with those of similar size from around the world. The event starts on November 5 and closes on November 9, and there will be three judged components: Max Effort Clean & Jerk, ME Snatch, and a workout. The WOD has yet to be announced. More info about the event is here. In order to prepare for this fun event you will see an increase in the Olympic lifts over the next few weeks. So get ready today to figure out how to stabilize first and snatch grip deadlift second. Throughout the next few weeks we will Clean, Jerk and prepare for the CrossFit Lift Off.
