Due to the Carr Fire in Paradise, CA the air in Napa is very poor. As such we will have Open Gym on Monday morning, November 12 instead of regular classes.
Open Gym Hours: 5.30AM-9AM
Coach Freddie will be on site to provide you with a non-aerobic activity.
We will announce by 1PM our schedule for the afternoon classes.
