Thursday’s WOD

Skill Focus:

-Dumbbell Squat Cleans
-Good Form Running Review AKA Pose

Pimp Your Pulls:

Pinch and Pull (25#/15#) Pinch grip a plate and pull just like a 1-armed KB high pull with elbow high and outside.
First set: 20 reps Left hand, 20 reps right
Second set: 15 reps L, 15 reps R
Third set: ME Left, ME Right

then

3 rounds for time:

600 M Run
20 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (50/25)
20 Burbees

25 minute time cap
