Pregnancy & CrossFit
A lot of people would say that CrossFit and Pregnancy are two things that just don’t go together. We have maintained for years that if a woman has a minimum of six months of CrossFit under her belt prior to conception she is welcome to continue.
We have had many woman workout with us right up until the day they gave birth. Dr. Mary Cooke was exhausted at the end of everyday during her first pregnancy. After baby number one she started CrossFit. She lost weight. She got strong. She found new confidence. During the next pregnancy she felt great, had lots of energy, and worked out until the delivery.
