Paleo Potluck

This Wednesday, November 16 marks the end of our 45 day Paleo Challenge, and we will celebrate with a Paleo Potluck Dinner. All are welcome to the potluck, not just the Challengers, and we hope to see you there. Details below:


What: Paleo Potluck Dinner

Where: In the gym!

Time: 7.ooPM

What to bring:

-Please bring your favorite paleo dish

-Please bring your own plate, silverware and cup, so we make less garbage

-Please bring a lawn chair


Drinks provided, and we look forward to seeing you!



Tuesday’s Workout:

Cleans: Find 1RM

Kettlebell Swing and Box Jump Alternating ladders:
Kettlebell Swings: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1  (70/44)
Box Jumps:             1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 (30/24)
