Local CrossFit Event – Crush Games
The Crush Games are a fun local CrossFit event close to home. Good for the experienced CrossFitter and the neophyte, there are both RX and Scaled divisions at this one-day event.

It’s all happening on Saturday, January 12 at Interchange Athletics in Fairfield. To be honest it’s hardly beyond where the Highway12 hits the Interstate 80, so it seems more like Cordelia to me. So what? It’s even closer!
