What Does Your Breakfast Look Like?

I grew up with the breakfast on the left. Once in a while I would have an egg and toast. But cereal is the best! Captain Crunch is even better.

After school a bowl of cereal hit the spot, followed by more toast with butter and jam. On a good day there might even be Nutella.

Sugar. Sugar. More sugar. Now that I know a bit about nutrition and pay attention to how I feel, I can’t believe that youth is wasted on the young!

This healthy lifestyle means LESS sugar, more protein, fats and healthy carbs. Those peppers and oranges in the picture? Those are the carbs! The eggs are the protein and the avocado is the fat. Sign me up to feel great all morning with a breakfast like this!
