Hey there Wine Country CrossFitters! On Saturday, a videographer from Yelp will capture images during the 9AM class. FYI. This may just be your stepping stone to 15 minutes of fame, just like that song way back when; “They’re gonna put me in the movies, They’re gonna make a big star out of me” Here’s your moment to shine, and we ask that you wear bright colors. This video will help to increase our visibility on Yelp. In anticipation, we thank you for being a great part of our awesome community.

The Open Starts Tonight!
Arrive at 6PM to start warming up, and the heats will start at 6.30. Not participating in The Open? That’s OK, just come on by to support your friends and hang out. We will have heat sign-ups on the board for Friday evening, and also for Saturday morning when we will complete the Open Wod 16.1 at both the 9AM and 10AM classes. Fun for all!
