5 rounds NOT FOR TIME where each round consists of the following:

7 rounds of:
1 deadlift
1 power clean
1 front squat
1 push press (return bar to back)
1 back squat
1 rack push press

This workout is NOT done for time, rather for weight.  Athletes should raise weight each round searching for a max.  Rest as needed between rounds

Note 1 round consists of 7 smaller rounds
