Take Your Recovery To The Next Level, Get Some Sleep!

I’d like to think that everyone at the gym is pretty good about the subject of sleep, but then again I’m not peering in your windows at night to check and make sure you are asleep (most of you anyway).  I found this great little article from the NY Times that talks about the need for sleep in relation to cognitive function:
