Final Paleo Push & Strength Day

We are in the final days of the Paleo Challenge, and this blog post is intended to inspire you to go all out for these last nine days. Below are before and after pics of Dave Parsons, whom I met in high school. This transformation took a year and a half, but he started out just like all of us, one day at a time. Deadlift: find 1 rep max, lower weight to 75% and complete 3 sets of as many reps as possible

Push Press: 3-3-3-3-3

as time allows:
Bent over rows 8-8-8
GHD Situps or toes to bar 3 x max reps
