Social Goings-On

  • The fourth week of the Paleo Challenge is down! This is incredible! Only a few more weeks to go!!
  • I’ve been going to Bikram Yoga over the last few weeks, and have noticed some really impressive changes in my mobility. Anyone want to join me this Thursday at 9 am?
  • Day 58 of the 100-Day Burpee Challenge is today. 1711 Burpees done, 3339 left – This really is like paying off your mortgage!
  • This Saturday, November 9 at 6:30 pm is our second Century Club of the year!! Sign-up in the Coaches’ Office so that we know you’re attending. Also, be sure to invite your friends and family to watch you make a complete fool of yourself!
  • We will have an altered schedule for Veteran’s Day and Thanksgiving, see below:
    • Veteran’s Day (11/11) – 9 am and 10 am class
    • Thanksgiving Day (11/28) – 9 am Turkey Day Chipper (1.5 hour class)
    • Day after Thanksgiving (11/29) – 9 am and 10 am class

Pull-up Practice: Work kipping technique, or work strict pull-ups – 3 sets of maximum effort
Jump-Rope Practice: Work singles, doubles or triples!

WOD: “Morrison”

50-40-30-20-10:
Wall Balls (20/14)
Box Jumps (24/20)
Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

(20 minute time cap. Athletes Note: choose weights and height that will let you finish this WOD within the 20 minute time cap)
