Social Calendar and Calendar Change Reminders

  • I thought it might be fun to schedule a semi-regular group run or group hike. One of my favorite spots is Westwood Hills Park, since it’s such an easy way to do some interval work. Anyone interested in getting together to test out our CrossFit conditioning?? Let me know!
  • Wine Country CrossFit Clothing Swap on Friday, August 23rd. Bring your gently used, washed clothing items that you no longer want, and see if anyone else can use them! There will also be a taco truck (from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm) and some great music. The BYOB event will start after the 5:30 pm class and will continue until about 9:30 pm. Please RSVP to Emilie at
  • I’m signing up for the Sprint Distance DiabloMan Triathlon on October 20th. Anyone want to join me for a KILLER tri?? The grueling climb to the top is so worth the view (and the quick ride back down!). Email me if you’re up for the challenge!
