The Chase Report, Rings & Met Con

Tuesday was the memorial WOD for Chase’s sister Melina. We worked hard and dug deep with a lot of running or rowing, double unders, and a heap of rope climbs. There was a 30 minute time cap to the WOD but Chase inspired us to keep going, and some took as long as 45 minutes to complete Melina. Chase reminded us to appreciate our family and friends every minute, and to appreciate the life that we have because it can all be gone in a minute. “People think you have to be confident to start CrossFit, but all you have to do is show up and your confidence grows right here. Grieving sucks, but I don’t know what I would do without CrossFit in my lifeimage”  says Chase. We continue to send our love and support to Chase and his family.
