Resolution Check In
You promised yourself you would go to the gym, drink less, eat better, move more, be kinder, or even drink more water and less coffee.
It’s cool. Don’t beat yourself up. Just make a choice: “What’s one thing I can do today for my health?”
Look yourself in the mirror. Say it. Share it with a friend for accountability.
Now do that one thing.
We have a guy in the gym who is big on sobriety. He says he can’t make long term promises. But he can choose for today. I like that as it’s immediate, and I don’t have to worry about tomorrow.
