Resolution Check In

We have reached the half way mark for 2019 which means it’s time to check in on resolutions you made six months ago.

For many of us resolutions include focus on health, nutrition, fitness, financial well being, time with family, etc. Because life is beyond busy for many of us it’s helpful to have these check-ins.

Most of the time life is what happens when we are making other plans. When I look at the intentions I set for 2019 I am reminded daily of this irony.

One of my goals was a body building competition. But dying parents and family needs superseded this project. I’m nowhere near where I thought I’d be physically, but I keep moving when I can and focus on healthy eating.

Another of my intentions was a multi-day whitewater river trip with family. Again other things got in the way, so I’m savoring the few moments in nature we have had so far.

Projects at the gym. Financial steps in my own life. New business ideas. They are all marching along!
