Reminder: No Classes Monday, Happy Labor Day

Just a little reminder to everyone that the gym will be closed on Monday for Labor Day. So instead of working out, bust out that grill one last time before summer’s officially over, grill up some grass fed beef, and tip back a cold beer (don’t tell Beth I suggested this!!! haha). I hope everyone has a great and safe day off. Happy Labor Day!

If you feel like you can’t go a day without a WOD, I have two ideas for you:

1: 100 burpees for time
2: 20 Rounds: 5 Air Squats, 6 walking lunges. Do them in a straight line, once you finish sprint back to your starting point.
