PRs and Pull-ups

I want to do a special shout out to all of you hard workers on what is happening on the PR front. Last week during Filthy 50 we saw many new PRs, and the most dramatic was Angel Evan’s of the 6AM class who decreased his time by 11 minutes.

 

Yesterday with Karen Coach Emilie had more PR’s than she can count. 20 people did Karen as precribed, and I want to point to Claire Galovic’s achievement of completing a full Karen for the first time ever. Claire recently celebrated her 66th birthday, and her tenacity and work ethic are a model for all of us.

We believe much of this is due to Paleo Lifestyle changes. However, there is still Angel Evan who adheres to the Pinot Challenge, so I guess it is just hard work and attention to mobility that are paying off for him.
