Press & Push Press

5×3+1

Warm up for Press and start working at 65% of 1RM. Add weight each set. Form is king.

Abs of steel: 50 strict Toes to Bar

then

12 minute EMOM

Odd minutes – 12  6″ target burbees
Even Minutes – 15 slam balls (50/25)
