Tuesday’s WOD

pimp your pullsPimp Your Pulls is our new pulling program.

Every day you will see a pulling movement or an auxiliary movement that supports your ability to pull. Our benchmark for this will be the following:

Max Effort Pull Ups

*Complete 2 min Abs of Steel ME situps if not completed from last week

Pose or Good Form Running Drills and Skills

then

WOD – 8×200

Each 200 is designed to be a focus session on a different Pose skill. Speed is worked in once you are able to apply the skills to the movement.
