Leader Board, Nom Nom Paleo, OHS

Have you noticed this new board in the gym? Wonder what it means? It is our official Leader Board, and it correlates with the work we do on Bench Mark Mondays. We post the top five women and the top five men who completed each WOD as prescribed. That’s right. Prescribed. That means you don’t get your name on the board until scaling is dispensed with. We invite you to see the names up there from Monday’s Jackie, and we encourage you to go as hard as you can so that you too can get your name up there. Cheers to all you hard workers!

 

Renee just turned me onto another great paleo website full of awesome recipes. Nom Nom Paleo makes even me want to cook!

Overhead Squat

Five rounds for time of:
95/65 pound Overhead squat, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
15 reps, 40 pound dumbbell Hang squat clean
20 Double-unders
