Midline Stability, OH Squats & Dumbell WOD

Midline Stabilization is something we talk about a LOT around here, and it applies to pull-ups, gymnastics and everything we do. Overhead squat 3-3-3-3-3

Complete 8 rounds:

5 DB Hang Power Cleans  60/35 lbs Rx
7 Jump Touches – 20″ Height above reach Rx
Sprint to telephone pole

*Rest period is the walking back to the DBs from the telephone pole
