New Daytime CrossFit & Schedule Change

Get your WOD on during the day. Tell your friends that siesta time is actually WOD time!

Daytime CrossFit starts on Monday, March 18 at 1PM. This new CrossFit Level 1 class will be on Mondays and Wednesdays, and will be taught by Coach Alyx.

Next week also marks the start of Elements at 8AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Historically Elements has been at 9AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but we have heard the call and this change is designed to accommodate your requests.

Elements Class is a bridge between our On Ramp Series and our busy Level 1 CrossFit Classes. Looking for more support and a slower intro to a movement? Try out our Elements Classes.

Experienced CrossFitters are welcome to attend Elements Classes as our WODs can be scaled up or down in a heartbeat.

Regardless of where you are in your development as a CrossFitter, remember that slow and steady wins the race. We are all here to build strength from the inside out, and we are all working on the basics. Stability. Positions. Mobility. Strength. Movements. Don’t compare yourself to the XFIT athletes you see on social media. Your path is unique. Just show up, work hard and continue to take baby steps. Should you think you are not making progress fast enough then please reach out to one of your coaches for added support. We have suggestions and advise for you!
