Mondays We Talk About Food…..

….So we can prepare you for the Whole 30
What:
The Whole30 Program is a 30 day challenge where you eat ONLY the good stuff (real food), and get rid of all the bad stuff.  No cheating for 30 days!!  Yes, its hardcore, but it works and it has been helping millions of people since 2009!
Why?
At WCCF we have successfully had our share of various paleo challenges, from Lurong to the Whole Life Challenge.  We offer these challenges because we believe in eating right for wellness and performance. We feel the best way to change what we eat is with community support, by sharing the experience and by supporting each other!  This time around, we will do the October Whole 30.  THIRTY DAYS (no cheats, not even a taste or sip) and at the end of it, we promise you will feel good and perform even better!
When?
Wine Country CrossFit will start the Whole 30 on October 2.
How to Play:
  1. Check out the Whole30 Program to understand the simple rules (what you can/cannot eat…including no getting on the scale for 30 days)
  2. Make your decision and tell us!  We are here to support you…commit to us in writing by emailing hilary@winecountrycrossfit.com and then get social by joining our FB Group: WCCF Whole 30 October 17.  Friends and family are always welcome.  PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FREE PROGRAM!
  3. Start prepping for the October 2nd start…surround yourself with friends, family and other WCCF members, gather recipes and cook books, sign up for the Whole 30 newsletter, and finally, clean out the pantry of everything that is not compliant!
