Mom Strong is a class for women on their pregnancy and postpartum journey. Whether you’re a high level athlete or just looking to feel strong and supported during pregnancy or postpartum, Mom Strong is for you. You will walk away from each class knowing which physical and mental considerations are best as you navigate fitness and life at this unique time. Each class addresses common issues moms face during pregnancy and postpartum such as urinary incontinence, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse. Through a group training environment Coach Bree works towards giving you an individualized approach to your fitness that best supports your health, recovery and goals. Each class delivers information, resources and a workout scaled to the your needs.
