Snatch Complex – Find 1 RM (1 Rep = 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Snatch (yes, this means from the floor all the way down into the bottom of the squat)
WOD: 3 Rounds
6 Snatch (115/75)
50 Double-Unders
15 Plate Burpees
20 Walking Lunges with Plate Overhead (45/25)
