Melina – Memorial WOD

We are doing this WOD to support Chase Thornhill and his family in the wake of their enormous loss that occurred on July 4. Please attend the 8AM class if you would like to workout with Chase for the Memorial WOD “Melina”. If 8AM does not fit in your schedule then please come at another time so that we can send love and support to the Thornhill family all day long. Please also wear tights or sweat pants so you can climb the rope.

Tabata Hollow Holds:
Hold a perfect hollow position in full extension or scale to just legs off the floor hands in thighs or just hands on thighs. Coaches check for flat back on floor.
