Martin Luther King Day Schedule

We have a dream that all humans will move their bodies daily; that they will invest in their health, their strength and their well being; that they will pay attention to the food that goes in their mouths; that they will remember daily that a smile changes everything; that they will believe in themselves.

Monday January 21st is Martin Luther King Day. As such, we will have an amended schedule that looks like this:

Boot Camp – 7AM
CrossFit – 8AM
CrossFit – 4.30PM

We look forward to seeing you in our classes while we acknowledge the life of a transformative man.
