Let’s do some work together in the form of Tommy Mac. Curious about what that might be? Look no further than here, or better yet come on into the gym on Monday morning to take this on. The gym will be open from 8AM, and the group class will start at 9AM. Come in early to warm up and mobilize like the good CrossFitters that you are!

September 19 is the 3rd Annual Napa River Paddle Day. Any type of self-propelled water craft is acceptable. If you have been curious to try outrigger paddling well now’s the time! Stand up? Kayaking? Prone? It all goes and we hope to see you there!
