High Bar Back Squat & Mobility WOD
Mobility WOD classes are on Wednesdays at 5PM, and we encourage ALL to attend. The 30 minute session is designed to teach you new ways to get into those tight spots. Please arrive early so that you have time to row or run and warm up your body prior to the start of the class.
Warm up to 75% of 1RM, then perform
5 sets of 5 reps. Rest 90 seconds between sets.
