Halloween Party – Friday Night Lights!

Show up in your finest for Friday Night Lights this week. It’s not yet Halloween, but we want to see you dressed up!

Make it a cape, a mask, a wig, or even some fancy face paints. It’s not mandatory that you complete the workout in your costume, but you might get an extra beer afterwards if you do…..

21 deadlifts, 315 lb.
50-ft. handstand walk
15 deadlifts, 315 lb.
50-ft. handstand walk
9 deadlifts, 315 lb.
50-ft. handstand walk

Time cap: 9 min.

Don’t stress if that seems like an unreal amount of weight and that you don’t own handstand walks. There are scaled versions for every weight class!

Heats will be 15 minutes apart. The first heat will start at 4.45PM. Snacks and drinks provided.
