As our Fall leaning Paleo Challenge winds down, I know many of you are getting pretty comfortable with this Paleo thing.  Do you feel like you have it down?  When someone asks you what Paleo is, are you able to tell them?  How about what Paleo isn’t?  Any ideas?  Here is a great guest blogger over at Everyday Paleo talking about what Paleo isn’t:
