Great Coconut Recipe and Tuesday's WOD

I recently found this recipe for a really delicious play on coconut curry soup, using avocado! It sounds a little weird, yes, but it’s REALLY delicious! And what with the weather getting better and many of us wanting to get back into Paleo gear, it’s nice to find a recipe that is so delicious AND satisfying at the same time! Coconut milk, avocado and shrimp – such great super foods! You can also cut up some kale/spinach/chard and add that to the mix if you want a little extra pump of antioxidants. Cook up some deliciousness and enjoy!

Tuesday’s WOD:

 Linear Progression Day:  See 1/18, 1/24, 1/29, 2/6, 2/14, 2/20 or 3/1 for reference numbers
> If you were not here for last week’s workout, perform ascending sets of 5 to find a beginning weight for linear progression
>
> Low Bar Back squat 3×5 (add 5 to last week’s back squat)
>
> Press: 3×5 (add 2.5-5lbs to last week’s press)
>
> As time allows:
>
> 3 sets glute ham raises (or hamstring curls)
> alternated with ab work of your choice
