Push-ups, Push-ups and more Push-ups!
We are approaching the end of our second week on the Push-up Program, and it’s now time to check your strength and perform an exhaustion test. In simple terms, do as many good-form push ups as you can possibly manage. You know, work hard and go to exhaustion. Please get that done sometime today or tomorrow, and be sure to mark your results down on the Push-up board in the gym. FYI we are following this program for six weeks!

Kettlebell Swing, 53/36 lbs, 1 min
Plank Hold, 1 min
Athlete must achieve 30 reps/minute or do 10 burpees for every missed rep. Burpees are to be performed at the end of the WOD
