Siren Fish Company is new in our Napa Community, and offers sustainable, wild caught fresh fish and seafood in the CSA format. It’s very reasonably priced. And our shellfish farmers are rock cod fresh fishharvesting uni, crayfish, clams, mussels, and oysters, all exclusively for Siren Fish Co. subscribers. We are a Community Supported Fishery (CSF) connecting the local fishing community with subscribers in Northern California.

  • Caught or farmed (Only oysters and mussels are farmed.) along the Northern coast of California.
  • Caught or farmed using sustainable fishing and aquaculture methods.
  • The freshest local catch available.

You may choose between a Variety Share or All Fillet Share for two people ($23 per share) or four people ($44). You may choose to receive a share on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We allow subscribers to place their shares on a vacation hold, so there’s no need to find a home for fish that you will not be in town to pick up. A Variety Share will contain one of the following: sardines, herring, King salmon, squid, oysters, mussels, clams, Dungeness crab, sea urchin, crayfish, rock cod, black cod, halibut, Albacore tuna, Pacific sole, ling cod, and night smelt. The All Fillet share will contain filleted fish only and will be made up of one of the following: rock cod, black cod, King salmon, halibut, Pacific sole, ling cod, Dungeness crab, and Albacore tuna.

Push-ups, Push-ups and more Push-ups!

We are approaching the end of our second week on the Push-up Program, and it’s now time to check your strength and perform an exhaustion test. In simple terms, do as many good-form push ups as you can possibly manage. You know, work hard and go to exhaustion. Please get that done sometime today or tomorrow, and be sure to mark your results down on the Push-up board in the gym. FYI we are following this program for six weeks!

Max Effort Turkish Get-up

Kettlebell and Barbell

5 rounds for time of:
Kettlebell Swing, 53/36 lbs, 1 min
Plank Hold, 1 min
Athlete must achieve 30 reps/minute or do 10 burpees for every missed rep. Burpees are to be performed at the end of the WOD
