Do you ever have those days when you just don’t want to train?  Me too.  Fortunately, you’ve come to the right place.  I have just the video for you.  It has everything, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno (the Incredible Hulk), Stalone, great quotes, music,  heavy lifting, and of course Chuck Norris.  Watch this before you come in and I can almost guarantee a PR.  Just don’t follow Lou Ferrigno’s press form!
