Let’s start by saying what a FUN Saturday we had last weekend. Festival of Weights went off without a hitch, and we’re so grateful to have a fantastic group of athletes who showed up, kicked butt, and had fun. To everyone who came and supported a wonderful cause, thank you! And let’s not forget to thank Coach JC for organizing the event–she’s awesome, right?

AS A REMINDER: In case you missed us blasting you all on social media, we are having our next fun, holiday-themed WOD this Saturday (the 19th) called the “Christmas Crippler.” We are also having our Paleo potluck afterward, so we can all stuff our faces (healthily, we might add) after we tackle this beast of a WOD! So, what are the exercises, you ask?

*As an ode to zero waste, please try to bring Paleo dishes in your own, personal containers with silverware, so we don’t have any leftover waste! Green looks good as a holiday color!
