Dirty Dozen, Clean Fifteen and Filthy Fifty

By: 0

With Summer fast approaching, and many of you either already eating Paleo on your own, or participating in the Paleo Challenge, I thought I’d share with you this valuable tool from the Environmental Working Group – it’s their list of what they call the “Dirty Dozen Plus,” a list that canĀ help you determine which fruits and vegetables have the most pesticide residues and are the most important to buy organic. You can lower your pesticide intake by avoiding the 12 most contaminated fruits and vegetables and choosing the least contaminated produce. Check out the list right here, along with the list of the “Clean Fifteen.”

Happy eating!
