Diane and Hand-Stand Push-Ups

Diane is today’s Benchmark WOD, and it involves a movement that has many complexities and takes a long time to master – the Hand-Stand Push-up. The great thing about this movement, however, is the multiple ways it can be scaled! In videos below, Carl Paoli from gymnasticswod.com and San Francisco CrossFit discusses the different methods of scaling and appropriate positions and progressions that you’ll want to be aware of for your WOD today.

*For Rx Athlete has the choice of No abmat and head to the floor OR using an Abmat with their hands on 25lb plates. Head must touch ground or Abmat every rep. Kipping allowed.
