We do a lot of strength training at Wine Country CrossFit. It is our belief that high levels of strength will produce the highest levels of athletes in our population. Today, we get to test that strength! Get ready for the CrossFit Total. In Monday’s WOD you will have three attempts to find a 1 rep max in the back squat, press, and deadlift.
