Come on in the gym tonight at 6.30PM to improve that KIP. Are you one of those that can get up over the bar, but can’t link ’em? Or maybe you don’t yet understand the concept of the KIP. Where ever you are in the process, Tuesday night at 6.30PM will serve you. By the end of the evening you will know how to hold your body so the KIP is more natural. You will understand how to link the movements. And you will have laughed and had fun as JC is the coach! Don’t miss out.
