Thursday’s WOD


Clean Complex – 1 Rep = 1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Clean
-Warm up with light weight (up to but no more than 55% of 1 RM Clean)
-Then, 15 Minute EMOM of Clean Complex
–Beginning with light weight, perform 1 rep of Clean Complex every minute on the minute for 15 minutes, adding weight as you go. You may add weight at any time, but you may not remove weight.

10 Minute EMOM*
-3 Cleans (135/95)
-5 Burpees
-(Coaches’ Note: Have athletes scale their work up or down as needed so that they finish within ~30-40 seconds each round.)
