Hey Guys, guess what?!  You can lose 15lbs in a year with Weight Watchers.  Isn’t that awesome?  Or maybe not…. Tell me your thoughts in the comments:

Paleo Vs. Weight Watchers



Box Squats:  using 65% of 1rm back squat, complete 2 box squats on the minute for 12 minutes.

Upon Completion, work strict Pull-Ups 5 sets of 5 using the lightest band/heaviest additional weight possible.

Between sets of pull-ups, work GHD sit-ups.  4 x max reps.
