Have fun with today’s skill session. Usually, in CrossFit, when you see box jumps you think about cycling them through for as many reps as possible. Not today. Our box jumps are going to be about power output. How much can you wind yourself up from a standing position and launch yourself vertically in the air? One component of this exercise will be about your mindset. Don’t psych yourself out, you might surprise yourself if you just think about the components of the jump and execute them.
Go as high as you can. Then go higher!
