Badass Deadlifters!

Congratulations to everyone who has participated in linear progression over the last 12 weeks!  I think the numbers don’t lie, you can increase your deadlift without deadlifting!  I’m super proud of Noelle Agger who added 100lbs to her max backsquat, and Ethan Hahklotubbe who added almost 100lbs to his deadlift over the 12 weeks that we worked linear progression.  But beyond that, I am very proud of everyone, great advancements in your numbers everyone.  We’ll be starting a new squat program next week!
