Sorry For the late post guys!  I just walked in the door from an awesome weekend out of town rafting.  Beth and Marco were nice enough to take all of the coaches on an overnight camping/river-rafting adventure.   Let me tell you, it was a blast.  Marco always says you haven’t lived until you have rafted with a Coloma hangover, and I think I will someday agree with him!  Many many pictures to come, keep an eye on the blog this week.



Monday’s Benchmark:


For time:

100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Air Squats

To be completed as Rx the WOD must be completed top to bottom.  All Pull Ups before push ups etc.
