19.3 Is On The Board!

This demanding 10 minute AMRAP will be performed in all of our morning CrossFit Classes. It consists of the following movements:

For time:
200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge
50 dumbbell box step-ups
50 strict handstand push-ups
200-ft. handstand walk

M 50-lb. dumbbell / 24-in. box
W 35-lb. dumbbell / 20-in. box

Time cap: 10 minutes

Scaled in almost every age group means you can do handstand push-ups from 5″ above the ground. I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to that 5″ advantage!

Remember all of those plate handstands that Coach Richy programmed EVERY week for us all during the fall? Now is when you will be glad you did all of that hard work.

Our first heat will be at 4.45PM tomorrow. They will start every 15 minutes. Pop a text to 707-337-9441 if you want a specific start time. Or, just show up when you can, ready to judge, compete, and have fun!

Remember, you get a point for your team just by showing up to Friday Night Lights. Dress in costume and get another point. Bring snacks for the crowd and get a point. Bring beverages and get another. Submit your score before Monday at 5PM and get another point.

Team No Wine-ing is dressing up with a Mardi-Gras theme. If you are on Team Flexies then 90’s is your theme for the evening.

As a reminder, after week one Team Flexies was in the lead. After 19.2 Team No Wine-ing took over. Let’s see what happens after this one……
