18.5 Wrap Up
It was short. It was fast. It was intense. Seven minutes of thrusters and chest to bar pull-ups. We also saw thrusters and jumping pull-ups. We saw some beautiful movements. We saw people dig deep. We are so proud to be your champions!
Friday was also a special day for Coach JC. She recently lost her mother to pancreatic cancer, and Friday was Kathy Carter’s 73rd birthday. We wore purple in honor of Kathy, and for those we have collectively lost to this aggressive and horrible cancer.
The Sexy Pandas and the Kilophiliacs have duked it out over the last five weeks of the CrossFit Open. By Monday night at 6PM all of the scores were submitted. We know you did everything to support your team. Now please make sure to save the date for April 6th WCCF House Cup Awards Ceremony!
